    Yoga Passage

    Golden Horn

    Use the seed pods as a breathing cue, and your coherence will cause the Golden Horn to bellow, expelling any stress or tension you may be feeling. 

    Humble Rabbit

    The only way to welcome the rabbit to join you in the courtyard and enjoy a pear is to be still, quiet, and in the present moment. He is shy, timid, and easily spooked, so try your best and see if you can coax him out.
