Exploration is the key here as this biofeedback game does not have a typical menu, path, or linear activity to follow. You seek, you feel, you explore, you find awareness and you grow.

You will learn how to develop your mind-body mastery, regulating your body's physiology with the meditative mind. As you explore and investigate the surroundings, you will have a real sense of being in a live environment as the trees blow, the birds fly around, and the water and waterfalls move.

Explore this ancient Sun World and master the tasks presented by using simple yet powerful breathing techniques monitored by the latest bio-feedback techniques. Utilizing the original, state-of-the-art IOM finger sensors, you will develop an ability to control your body/mind functions, reducing stress and finding an essential sense of inner balance and peace.
